Security:  Security staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In addition, the building is equipped with a 24-hour security access card system for tenant security.

Concierge: A concierge services the building on a full-time basis.  The concierge can help you plan a business party, schedule a catered lunch, purchase gifts or tickets, or even help plan a weekend away. Conference Center: Located on the Lower Level, the Conference Center has three separate conference rooms which can be rented on a full- or half-day basis.  All conference rooms have access to the internet and can be adapted for nearly any type of meeting, training, seminar, conference, or party.  Contact the Concierge for booking requests or visit the Conference Center page for more information, including pictures.

Telecommunications:  The building has a choice of high-quality service providers. For internet access, we can “connect” you with A-Link and MCIWorldcom; we’d also be happy to “dial you in” to MCIWorldcom for telephone service. Simply select the product programs which work best for you!!

Janitorial Service:  44 Montgomery is a fully serviced building for office tenants. The janitorial crew can also provide tenant specific tasks, such as shampooing the carpet twice per year or cleaning the refrigerator every Friday night.  Contact the building office for more information!!

Storage: The building has storage units on the Lower Levels available for lease.  There are a variety of sizes from which to choose, and pricing varies.  Best of all, the units are easy to access since they are within the building; simply ride an elevator down to your storage unit!!  Be sure to check out the Storage page for availability, pricing, location, and size.

Satellite/Cable TV:  We make satellite/cable TV available for all tenants.  Available channels include KTVU (FOX), KNBC, KRON4, KPIX (CBS), KGO (ABC), Bloomberg, CNN, KQED, CNBC, MSNBC, CSPAN, CNN Finanacial, ESPN, ESPN2, and the Golf Channel, among others.

Public Transportation: The building is directly connected to the Montgomery Street BART/MUNI station via an underground tunnel on the Lower Level.  This rare amenity means that during inclement weather, there is no need to walk outside!!  Please visit our Public Transportation page for more information.
