Announcements are updated regularly to keep all tenants aware of building issues and events. You are also welcome to visit the Calendar of Events section to find out about Building, as well as local, events.
 

Security Information:  As you probably already know, your Proximity card is required for access to your floor. All elevators require that the Proximity card be held in front of the card reader in each before allowing access to your floor.  Security personnel still needs to be notified if you are expecting any visitors, as all visitors are required to sign in at the security console in the main lobby upon arrival before granted access to the building. Feel free to email your visitor request directly to the Security staff here; you can also put your request through Workspeed directly.

Concierge Bucks: Pamela, our Concierge, is now offering “Concierge Bucks” to all tenants and their employees. Concierge Bucks are similar to gift certificates, and can be purchased from the (you guessed it!!) Concierge desk.  Concierge Bucks are valid toward dinner at a restaurant of your choice, or gift certificates to retail stores, such as Macy’s and Gumps.
 

Easy Paperwork: Be sure to stop by Copy Station in the Lower Level, right next door to Ramzi’s Cafe. Why leave the Building for document processing when you don’t have to!!  We are excited that we can offer this amenity to our Tenants. Please join us in welcoming Copy Station to 44 Montgomery!!

Premium Transportation Service: Pamela the Concierge is pleased to announce that 44 Montgomery has partnered together with Capitol Limousine to offer tenants of 44 Montgomery discounted premium transportation service!! Utilizing this service, 44 Montgomery tenants can get Lincoln Town Car transportation from anywhere in San Francisco -- including your residence -- to SFO International Airport, for a special flat rate of $45.00. The same rate also applies for curbside pickup at SFO to any destination in San Francisco!!  To receive this special rate, you must contact Pamela to set up your reservation. Workspeed: All tenant requests for repair, maintenance, or anything else you need can now be entered via our web-based Workspeed system.  This system allows you to input and track your own requests.  If you have any questions about how to use the Workspeed system, please contact the Building Office at 415.392.8844.
 

Great Food:  If you haven’t already noticed, we have an excellent in-building eatery and catering service!! Ramzi’s Cafe on the Lower Level has breakfast and lunch items for you. Try it out!! (You can access the Lower Level via the Low-Rise elevator bank at the Main Lobby, or via the outside stairway to the BART/MUNI tunnel.)
 

Concierge Services: Don’t forget that the Concierge in the Main Lobby can significantly help you save time!!
